Cosplay compilation for 2012

So 2012 is ending soon, this year was just okay...had a few up and downs. Had a really hectic year in both college and cosplay. Hopefully, the next year will be better!

New Year's Resolutions would be to:

-Slouch less ahaha
-slim down, keep fit, increase stamina blah blah blah
-Be more sociable
-Be more confident
-Improve dressing sense lol try to be more feminine?
-Improve grades and do less last-minute works
-Be less manly? ahaha

Yeah I think that's about it. Hope 2013 turns out okay!

Also, really grateful to have met my partner-in-crime, Shin :) Thanks for everything. Let's work hard together in the future!

Baking

Not me but my sister loves to bake haha :) I wish I could bake but I lazy and only help out and eat the results /coughs.

Anyway, my sister asked me to help her take some nice photos for her, 'twas fun helping her to arrange the food XD

I don't really know how to use my dad's lightboxes (and also partially lazy to set up everything) so I just used the not-so-bright-and-very-warm kitchen lighting and touch up in Photoshop.

Actually have a few more potential shots but i'm gonna have to look through them again. Oh yeah, I should really upload the photos where at the end my sister baked cookies the size of small plates LOL oh well, next time then.

Update

Hi guys, hope you all had a nice Chinese New Year =) CNY for me this year is great 'cause for once my whole immediate family is here since my sister came back from USA lol

Also, late but moved to a new hostel recently, it's farther to college than my previous one but I don't mind. Walking is fun plus I get to cycle sometimes haha and I have more space in my room so yay! Don't need to live downstairs anymore lol

Although my feet started cracking orz...sobs need to take care of them T_T

So far this year is going okay, hopefully it'll turn out to be a good year but who knows? Ah well, shall do my best to learn and improve!

Note to self: never run in the rain when you have a laptop strapped to your back TT_TT

askdjskjh so I had to send my lappie to the repair shop since it wouldn't start up....and the submission for my final essay was the next day...some magic had to be done!

Thanks to my housemate for lending me her PC T_T i'm seriously stunned at myself. Somehow, I managed to finish my essay from scratch in one night. Self, DON'T DO THIS AGAIN /heartpain

Wakfu

Currently playing Wakfu

They're currently still beta-testing. Wanted to play Dofus but then I remembered that it's limited to non-subscribers and kinda gets boring after a while OTL so decided to go for Wakfu instead alala


Also, I'm kinda bored of Aika now 8D;; And TF2 just lags a lot on my lappie...


This is my character, Mockingbird! 

He's a Sacrier, a berserker type (?). Means that more damage to him = more damage he can do. Named him after someone from Deadman Wonderland /coughcough loving his cyan-ness and his bunny--I mean Wodent gear <3 


Oh, and the little blob beside him is the guide...yeahhhhh.


Rargh, still waiting for the Osamodas class to be playable. I miss monster summoning.

Yeah, Imma go back to playing now /o/


EDIT: One thing I love about Mockingbird is that after activating this power and received a number of hits, he SCREAMS and blood(?) arms come out from him.

New Toy + Umineko shoot update!

It's so adorable T_T ♥ would've been awesome if Fang was an alarm clock though lolol imagine it jumping on me every morning ♥♥♥


Yay now I have more motivation to do my Begins Night Philip \o/ I seriously need a Shoutarou...or I shall be FOREVER ALONE Philip

And after buying Fang, I had the salesperson let me test out Fang and after I was done, he was putting Fang back in its box but the poor dude had trouble XD;; Fang kept making noises and not going in properly! So I helped the poor salesperson and finally put Fang back lolol aww was thinking of Pokemon when Pikachu didn't want to go into its pokeball


So, I had an Umineko shoot yesterday morning (Earlyyyyy morning. Had to travel from Melaka at 5:30am OTL) at Bukit Jalil park. Place was swarming with people doing some marathon XD well, at least they left us in peace. Did I mention that we had to climb a hill to get to the shoot location? And that it was burning hot and that cosplayers are wearing several layers of clothing/fancy dresses? BUT it's okay! We took it LIKE A BOSS

Huhuhu I'm still feeling tired from the shoot and my left arm aches from holding a tray for so long /weeeaakkkkk can't wait for the pics to come out! Finally got good shots of Ronove ( ・ω・) at least now I can semi-retire him in peace /satisfied furniture is satisfied


College's gonna start soon T_T lots of things to do....oh well, gotta do it LIKE A BOSS

Went to IKEA with my housemate, SY, yesterday. She went there to look at the lighting department (hurhur ID student) while I went for the meatballs /shot


So yeah, another weekend wasted = / brb kicking myself

College Life

is so far so good : D

I love my class; FCD1005-1! They're all such aweshum peoples <3 I'll snag some pics when i'm not in such a blur mode orz guess I'm still half-asleep from my nap earlier.

Also, I love my housemates too : DDD so many fun moments <333

Anyway, lately Kamen Rider and assignments have only been on my mind XD;; Ahh, the Showa riders are so awesomeee! /w/ Ichigooooo! Nigoooo! V3!

Hooray trials are over! It was torturing ;_; well, glad it's over. Good luck to those taking Perdagangan on Friday! =) OTL I still have to go to school on Friday to hand in my Minda Pengarang and hunt down Pn. Noraini for my BSMM marks. U_U;; kids, never do things last minute. Ahh, there goes the time that could have been used for sewing Taiwan or designing the shirt for my sister's Malaysian Night.

Anyway, I'll be going for Taylors' Asaban Fest on the 26th of September as Taiwan! /o/ Not going for the Matsuri though.

This is what Taiwan looks like by the way. (Isn't she cute?) Yes, I do know that it's a girl and that I rarely cosplay girls XD I just hope I can finish sewing in time or I'll be Prussia again.

Sigh, wish I could go for Anime Festival Asia ;__; So many awesome guests OTL but it's during SPM O-oh well, maybe I can go next year. Well, I should get working on my minda pengarang and tuition work. Will try to update with GACC report asap XD

Trial And Error

Hmmm~ decided to break the guard of my sword because it was cracking up OTL It probably happened because:

1) Before my dad got a new tub of putty, I was using the leftovers from last year which had hardened a bit LOL
2) I didn't secure the guard properly to the blade so it was a bit loose and put stress on the putty-ied guard so that's why cracks appeared.

So I paper-taped it and re-putty-ied it again 8D;; hopefully it won't crack this time and now to go work on that dreaded karangan OTL

And I finally finished one of my secret CF costumes! /o/ (still debating if I should make the spats U_U)

Been fine, although my stomach is strange nowadays like the other day, every time I drank milk, my stomach would go all "HNGGG" orz I hope it doesn't mean i'm lactose intolerant or so.

Planning to bake cookies with Dad tomorrow owob speaking of which, I miss my sister's cookies. HURRY UP AND COME BACK *sob*
